This is NOT criticising anyone or any 'body' and ALL of the guidelines were followed to the letter (so no one did anything even slightly wrong), just a friends observation
I hadn't really thought about it and of course to all of us it is NORMAL

We were covering a mounted games today and she can't believe that any of us never mind children not only 'do' get straight up after a fall, but are encouraged to do so by shouts from friends and family, even when they show signs of being hurt (no one proved to need more than an ice pack)
She said she expected the fallen rider to stay on the ground and all the other competitors to stop and stand still like they do in other sports when someone is injured, not to carry on the competition.
Each time it happened she was just more and more gobsmacked, bless her she went home a bit confused
