Okay, we're going to bite the bullet and buy a trailer

Friend and I will share one for now, 'till I can 'justify' spending lots of money on a Cheval four horse trailer.

Dizz is the tallest at 16.3/17.0hh now - she's due to reach 17.1hh-ish, and she's the longest at 7' (rug sizing). She won't be any wider than a medium. Big Cob is a tad shorter than Dizz and a tad wider.

To tow, we have a Disco and a Frontera, so no probs on the towing capabilities

.

Don't want to pay more than £800 to maybe £1,000.

Oooh, all 'cited now!

Your gonna need one with Max head room Size of the Ifor Williams 510...my mare 17'3 and fits well in one of these..get the dimensions off the IW web site...then I think there is a Rice and a Richardson wich do the same headroom height which might come in a bit cheaper than the IW but they can be heavier I wouldnt even attempt to tow two biggies and I have a Nissan Patrol...

good luck...

I have a Bateson Ascot, my OH's big TB fits in quite comfortably. He is 17.1h.

Its a fab trailer, we don't tend to ever have any loading problems, because its lovely, light and airy. Having said that I don't think I've ever seen one for sale under £1k.

I've just bought the richardson supreme 2600, with 7'6 headroom! for my foal who is already 13HH at 16 weeks old so expecting to possibly make the 17hh mark! The trailer will hold 2 x 17.2HH hunter types.
