So, just saw winklepoker's wart post and wondered where that name came from... so how did you choose your user name?

Mine is quite clearly because I'm scatty.

If I ever work out how I might change it to something more mysterious.
Today I am considering: the_bearded_lady

Was going to use my horse's registered name Stormhill Jacob but decided it was a bit boring. My friend is always calling him a silly sausage though - hence my name!

It originated in Bristol when a pupil in my PE teachers tutor group misspelled my name when I was getting a commendation :) It's about 13 years old.

It followed me all the way to Cornwall!

A nudibranch is a type of sea slug (very colourful they are too) and since the rest of my spare time is spent diving it seemed appropriate... it's just a bit unusual. Plus OH has his photos of them all over the house... they look good, honest!

My previous colleagues and friends started mine off (T's the initial of my name) something to do with my aversion to public transport I believe......! Lol. The 25 is just my birthday day.

Miskettie - a mix of Miska and my late mare Ettie. I should really change it to Miskenys...but doesn't have the same ring to it!

When I was a kid in a very urban area being obsessed with horses, animals etc I used to get called Farmer Palmer (last name is Palmer!) so I thought farma was rather apt for my username. (correct spelling was not available so farma was next best thing).

I just had to look them up and your right they are amazing ! See learn something new every day !

I sold Ruby in May last year, saw her advertised 2 weeks later for twice the price. Girl I sold her to wouldn't answer my calls or texts, so I asked a friend to ring and pretend to be interested in the horse. Friend was told that she'd had Ruby for a year  and that she'd got her from an elderly couple in Devon :(

The full story was in my first post on here, which was removed.

Always looking for her.

We have bought a little Welsh pony 3 weeks ago for my son and daughter. Her name is Kitty (already was!!!) and that was it, my daughter fell in love :D She insisted to pick her up in her favourite "Hello Kitty" TShirt :D
