Like a hunter! Legs forward, knees behind the knee rolls, sitting towards the back of the saddle. My position isn't great but I think being secure in the saddle is better and far more useful than sitting there looking pretty. This is because my boy can be quite spooky and I tend to ride quite a few sharp, spooky horses so the more secure I can be in the saddle, the better!
