A 9 Hand Pony Would get up a Five Furlong Gallop at Full Tilt before They would have to Slow Down and Stop?

I think it would depend on the fitness of the pony, the going and if they were carrying a rider or not. Too many variables to account for really....probably not very far.

Well Titchy would be able to go flat out for a long time. I don't know how far a furlong is but he is fit and fast, he's no different to a bigger horse!

If 5 furlongs is just over half a mile, (5/8ths), then a fit pony could leg it, flat out, all the way.
