My 5 year old border collie was diagnosed with mild hip dysplasia which has caused arthritis. I put in a claim about a month ago for the x-rays, tests and a months medication. We then went back for a check-up and he has been given Rymadil again and cosequin (?) May have got the name wrong but it contains glucosamine. We got a 3 month supply of this so I have now paid out for two vets bills of approx. £250 each. The second lot of medication claim has gone in this week. However, £500 of up-front vets fees in 4 weeks is expensive and I was wondering how quickly the rest of you received your cheques after you submitted your claims. He is insured with Tesco Pet Insurance.
