How many horses do you have?

I have 4.

Welsh d, 23, have done everything with him! Hacking, showing, show jumping, x country and jump cross. Hes now hacking with ocassional jumping.

Arab x mare, around 26. Hacks and ocassional jumping.

Warmblood mare, 15, show jumper but done some showing, x country and jump cross. Shes in foal due early may.

Tb gelding, rising 4. Last raced september 2012. Did a little retraining then turned away for few months. He will be brought back into work in march x

I have 3.

TB gelding, 17 years, 16.2hh. Have owned him for 9 years but just used as a happy hacker with the odd lesson and schooling session thrown in. He's got navicular and arthritis now so will just be hacked lightly now.

ISH mare, 5 years, 17hh. Bought in the summer with the aim of starting to compete, hunt, lessons, camps etc. Currently spending my time trying to stay on her.

Welsh A mare, 14 years, 12hh. Currently completely and utterly wasted Sat in the field due to lack of jockey but when in work she does a bit of everything, a fantastic Hunter, jumper, pc pony, nice flatwork etc. LOVES to work which makes it especially sad that she is turned away at the moment. Attitude in the ground Let's her down.

Id x grey mare, 9, show cob will be doing bsja, xc and county workers this year

Tb, bay mare, 3 year old, will be backed in summer, some in hand showing. Hoping she will grow a bit more! Is 15hh at present

Also my mother has a id x black mare 6, going to be doing county cobs and dressage this year

And finally! A grey id x, show cob, 11, hes out on loan doing fun things he gets too stressed for showing

5.

an ISH 16.1 - very good allrounder

a PRE mare, rescue from meat man. Going to be awesome horse!

a traditional cob 15.1 - lots of fun!

and 2 small ponies who were given to me as rejects!! both lovely though

Six at home and one on loan as companion.

Big mare - has introduced me to dressage after I took her over from my daughter who went to uni. She knows she's an eventer but she's been very generous to me with the dressage lark:)
Big lad - bought for me to do Intro eventing on but too talented for me and spent last year eventing with a pro rider. This year I hope to get doing some dressaging with him and see if I can sit his jump - which may well be an issue.
Flynn - bought as a stand in for the big mare when she (nearly) permanently broke herself, but he managed to do himself a serious injury and is now ridden when he's sound but otherwise is a delightful and very naughty pet who adores "extreme" hacking.
Little TB mare - bought as a substitute when I sold my horse of a lifetime, she's a bit little for me but has produced me a super foal. Will hopefully get her back working this year now the foal is weaned.
Elderly Welsh - daughter's first "real" pony bought for meat money and we've had huge fun and plenty of competition success with him but we've always had to take into account his sad past and that he is a true bolter. He adores my daughter and has taken exceptional care of her:) Introduced me to eventing! Retired in his mid 20's due to a mystery problem which involved some strange falls he is now fast approaching 30 and is doing a valuble job as nanny to the foal.
Foal - bred to be a sensible middleweight for me with resale value in case we're not suited. He's by an Elite graded coloured stallion and has turned out well marked and with plenty of bone just like all his sire's other progeny so whilst we're not expecting him to be a worldbeater at anything he should do reasonably well at whatever we try him with. Is currently keeping the Welshy young:D

A 14.3hh French cob who's a retired baby sitter
Yearling highland pony who is really my hubbies for showing and driving in the future.
Yearling new forest for myself to show inhand and the kids to ride.
16.2 cob x id who I ride and hope to do some pleasure rides on this year.
And my mini Shetland who is away on loan being a lead rein pony

A 17HH Oldenburg gelding who will be 6 in april, bought to BS wth, hoping to take him up to 1.20+ , he has the scope to go real big but i dont think i do but we will see how we get along.

I have a 16HH KWPN 12 year old mare but ive kinda given her to a friend to breed from so technially altough i do own her ive pretty much given her to my pal, first foal due soon :D
Im excited to see it, soo cute

three, 2 at home and one on loan

17.1hh ex eventer - showing me the ropes and having lots of fun doing it (when he's not on hols cos I'm preganant!)

14hh companion pony we foster for a charity - worth his weight in gold as perfect companion

16.2 - oldie given to me by a friend when she left the country and now on loan being a confidence giving happy hacker for a nice lady

We have 3 :)

My mum has a 14.2 11yr black cob which she hacks

I have a 13.3 13yr old haffy that I hack & do bit of jumping/fun rides with & I have a 14.2 5yr old bay heinz57 which I am bringing on just do a bit of everything jumping, XC, fun rides etc :)

Littlelegs. I knew you were the horse hoarder!!

Do you want me to donate to you my excellent quality stallion to carry on breeding?

I also have a few broken down lame mares but for £50 each they will breed you some nice foals?

2 :)

8 year old Andalusian stallion 15.1hh reschooling him to dressage at the moment :)

12 year old ISH gelding 17.2hh hacking, schooling and jumping but dont compete any more

In my old age, just one (though I have 4 liveries as well). Used to hunt but now am just a happy hacker.

She's a 15.3 Section D, sharp as mustard and a bit much for me, but a gorgeous horse to handle, and a wise matriarch to our herd. Unfortunately the wisdeom goes out of the window once she's on green grass. She's here for ever and is the apple of my eye!

Two a 10yr old highland I've had since he was just turned 4 who's now out on loan and a 6yr old Connie who I've had just over a year.

Highland did a bit of everything, sj up to 2ft6 , xc up to 3ft, dressage to novice though we were nearly ready for elementary till I broke my knee, affiliated showing flat and workers.
Connie I bought intending to go further in workers but have decided for this year to probably concentrate on show jumping, dressage and xc. Then start again with workers next year.

Five, 14.3hh TB X Welsh D homebred rising 20 whose had major health issues for over 10 years so has been reitired for years never really managed to do anything with her before problems started so she has always been a pet. 10 year old 15.2hh Welsh D that I bought to hack, don't ride him enough but he is a lovely gentle animal. 3 miniatures, mother, daughter and granddaughter, love the little ones and plan to drive at least one of the minis. The youngest mini is actually my MIL but lives at home with me.

I have 2 geldings and 5 mares aged between 3-21. The smallest is 33ins, biggest is 13.2hh. One is a reg mini Shettie, one is a reg New Forest pony, the other 5 are part bred native types. I do showing with them :)

I have a 16.3 Oldenburg mare 12 years old just coming back into work after a tendon injury, I hope to get her out doing some ridden showing, she did win money jumping as a young horse but dont think tendons are up to it now.

And a Arab gelding 8 years had him since he was two and also hope to show him this year, I hack them both most days and keep them at home and they will be with me until the end.

one! rising 3 year old filly, who if she makes 15hh i will have a party!... :D

shes bred for the show ring but will be having a career in dressage :)

I have three atm.

Rising 3yo skewbald mare, doesn't nothing as she was a late baby. Going to introduce long reining this summer and a few more walks but that's it.

Rising 3yo bay gelding. Friends daughter's pony. Here to live out and grow up. He'll be doing the same as mare.....long reining and getting out a bit.

Rising 4yo skewbald cob. Being backed slowly but will start properly in the spring and aim is to get to a couple of shows and generally learn a bit. Main aim between now and spring is to get him walking out alone.....it's not happened as yet due to time etc.

I have one Belgian spothorse. A true all rounder so I don't need any more :D over the few years Iv had her we have show jumped, dressaged, showed, hacked & schooled & we have so much fun. Will maybe do done x country this year as it would be a first for me :)

3

6yr 14.3 old MW coloured cob. Sweetest, gentleist most laidback pony possible. Currently on part loan doing RDA work. Prob going to be sold as just a little ....... boring for my taste :o

Rising 3 TBxID orange muppet . Already 16.1hh + and going up. Gentle and laidback but sensitive and athletic. Hopefully going to be cob replacement but only of he's sensible : can't be bothered with scatty sharp idiots.

And the best horse ever :19 yr old 15.2 black 'sports cob' (leggy and athletic). Amazing to ride : forwards, sensitive, totally bombproof. Been semi retired for last fee years due to lack of time. She was what I wAA trying to emulate when I bought the young cob.

13

Five pure bred and one part bred Cleveland Bays including a stallion.

Four Shagya Arabs including a stallion

34 year old gelding, highland gelding and a coloured pony.
