Prompted by another thread, how many of you have had a horse stolen, not someone you've heard of having had one stolen and not put out on loan and disappeared (although I do agree this absolutely is theft!) but interested in how many people have got up one morning and found the field one short !
My theory is that actual, come in the middle of the night box up and disappear, theft is pretty rare - but maybe all the people I know are just really lucky.
My neighbour, who I know well did have a tiny Shetland stolen, he was recovered by her from a location used by our friends with no fixed abode and he did have a habit of getting out on the road and would easily have fitted into a transit van so a theft of opportunity not complex planning
