Mine is getting rather fit for our 3 day in October, and is turning into a real handful. She is fine to hack, or on the ground but is getting a bit too hot to ride in the school, and very impatient on the yard!
I don't mind though, it's nice to know that she is feeling well
Captain gets quite fiesty if he gets too fit. Fany seems to just stay the same.(We have only had her a few months and she has lost a lot of weight and got fitter without anyhotting up)
Hattie gets spookier. She constantly looks behind her and then spooks at nothing. I don't mind her like it (better then the half dead pony she was when I got her) but she is a bit to sharp for mum.
Most of the hunters don't really change. One gets a bit more worried about everything (badly abused when he was younger) but not naughty.
Ban gets very argumentative at home and tends to throw strops when he is fit, get him to a show however and you can hear the coggs going ten to the dozen.......the slightest twitch in your leg muscles and he responds....makes for some FAB jump off turns
Henry behaves better when fit, I'm currently bringing him back into work after being kicked in the field, and hes far spookier in the school than he was before the injury a month ago! I think the more I ride him the better he gets.
Zoomy is the fittest she has ever been.....and the spookiest!!! It's wierd, she never used to look at anything but now she is really silly and spooky. Too much energy I reckon!
