In fairness it's not the very best, but he seems to do pretty well on it!

This year was a rubbish year though, so if the far runs out I'll have to go shopping.

PS To be fair, it's included in the rent...£70/month for proper stone stable (not that he sleeps in in it), feedroom/tackroom, lorry parking, 1 acre in summer and 10 acres in the winter.....not a bad deal. Acre isn't really enough for the summer, have to start hay around late July.

£3.50 per small bale-excellent quality (not delivered) and £20 for a large round bale (good quality-different supplier). Scottish Borders-kinda.

£3.60 small bale hay delivered and stacked. £5.50 for small bale haylage (decent size bales)
