I would be wary about charging for fuel as it falls under hire & reward- which could mean you need an Operator’s licence.
I checked and someone paying a share of fuel costs isn’t hire and reward and doesn’t invalidate my cover. It doesn’t change it from pleasure.Read the small print on the lorry policy for a privately owned, used for pleasure only policy.
