i dont answer to much to posts on here for reasons only one or two at most know, jm07 has helped me out with alot of things on here that have been between me and her she is not the bad person at all everyone makes out she horrible she is honest and gives a very experienced and honest opinion

i have ALWAYS said what i think..and i've received unpleasant PM's..which TBH i dont give a toss about..i like to keep EVERYTHING on open...hence the delicate members amongst us tend to get ruffled...as these days..well...as i see things..people are too wrapped in cotton wool..there wasnt any of this PC bollox when i was growing up..i had to take sh1t on the chin and either chuck it back or accept it. none of this oh, its not my fault bullcrap..whether it came from "adults" or kids of my age...it didnt matter...

If you make a habbit of slagging off other forum members remember that some of th eshite will come back in you're direction.

You seem to spend a lot of time "going after" certain people,and they normaly are the younger ones or the ones who dont have a group of RL friends about.
And before you start,look ate op here, not in a gorup and obviously young.
An adult wouldnt feel the need to leave a forum because of one stupid person needing to snipe from the safety of their pc to make themself feel big.
Maybe they are easier to bully?

If you truely do want to be blunt and to the point its easy enough to do without "sugar coating" OR causing offence.

From what i can see JMO7 really gets off, on people with perhaps not as much experience as herself, she is incredibly patronising and bloody insulting, i started breaking in ponies at the age of 16 on my own with no help, and guess what they all turned out just fine, a bit of confidence and natural feel is all you need to break horses sucessfully, so what if the pelham was in the wrong way, big F ing deal... get a grip.

Now you really are making me laugh. FYI I have never gone after another forum member young of otherwise. I will however argue my point. If I remember correctly Sophie is in her mid 20's (so hardly a child). Sophie hasn't left either, I just saw a post from her on another thread, so the "I've asked Admin to delete my account", was yet more bollocks.

My shoulders are broad so if people feel the need to stoop to personal insults, it's like water off a ducks back to me. It does however make me laugh when people have a dig at something I have posted, which they view as insulting and then go on to post direct insults back.

I don't want to be blunt............I am blunt...............just sometimes I make more of an effort to hid the true me!!!

Christ I never checked tack when a friend had fitted it,always just assumed that it would be right so the pelham although bad was an easy thing for the OP to overlook.

Personaly,never really cared for you're posting style,although I have always respected you're obvious experiance and ability to help people on here when they are at a brick wall with the neds.

Just seems lately more and more people are trying to be a bitch for the sake of it -it's no wonder HHO has a bad reputation!

I've chatted to Sophie via PM and in fact she comes across as a very caring owner who just wants the best for her animals. No, she's no BHSII but she's happy to ASK for advice, sometimes advice given to her from friends hasnt been first class... but so what? Her ponies look happy and healthy to me...

I would rather meet someone who hasnt much experience but is open to trying new ideas and asking advice than one who thinks they know it all and that THEIR way is the ONLY way.

I no longer read JM's posts because although she talks sense she ruins it and alienates alot of people by being downright rude and sometimes very nasty. It's a shame because she is actually quite smart, just people see the rudeness and assume she's taking the pee.... and seems to think her signature gives her the right to do this. HOWEVER JM is what many would call a PROPER nagsperson/ woman , and thus because she is a wealth of info she gets away with this...

I used to have respect for PBS, she used to be fun, but of recent she has changed her online persona to someone who seems to have the need to be spiteful and quite brazen with insults towards anyone she feels she can get away with picking on. This has followed a pattern, and I feel PBS won't get away with this the way JM has.... simply because she does not back anything up with anything of substance. The insults blurt out like verbal diorreah (sp?) and crap follows. It ain't big and TBH it just makes you appear a very sad person.


I loved the bit about 'having had pm's of support' ALWAYS the last resort of someone who knows they're in the wrong

I don't think JM07 or PBS or anyone else who has criticised/offered advice have done wrong on this thread. We are all entitled to an opinion . . . Posting on a forum invites people to criticise, agree or disagree with you. Which I have learned very quickly on here through reading/responding to posts (though obviously I am a relative newbie so my word isn't worth a hell of a lot)

constructive criticism is something which is welcome if asked for.

Personal insults (ie calling someone thick, stupid, etc) is not welcome and is against forum T&C's...
 
katy....i haven't "insulted" sophie..i've just pointed out she is lacking in basic knowledge to break/back ponies for reward... she may well be a great help to someone as a "crash test dummy" as she seems keen...i'd give her a go on my yard..if she'd take a bit of flak..as i did at her age.can't abide gobby kids TBH..

as you have decided to not read my posts anymore this may well be pretty pointless, but others may like to read it.....

i, personally, do not see myself as rude/nasty....

as it is said on here countless times..the written word doesn't have a tone of voice...

I don't give a flying hoot WHO agrees with Sophie, I'm trying to make a point and quite clearly you aren't getting it.
You cannot insult someone and then call them because they tell you to sod off! What did you think she was going to do? say "oh yeah, I'm incapable of doing this, yes PBS you're soo right..." or get defensive?

PBS you're FAR more intelligent than that, you knew exactly what reaction you would get from Sophie, and I think you rather enjoyed it. That is what I am annoyed about, because quite frankly it just isnt fair game.

Sophie - sorry but thats my opinion. However good luck to you with this and i hope it works out for you and you have learnt from your mistakes.

OMG its still going on!!

The pony that needs breaking wasn't a a definate thing!
I only wanted to know prices,
The half dead colt is sound as a pound and tucked up in his stable knee high with straw. He had his flu/tet done today.
He's going next week unfortunately.

Bear is a happy horse going well in his new happy mouth pelham!!
