How often do you think a dog SHOULD be left alone for?

Now that I have to see a pic of!

blackcob - I believe that they often cross GSP and Alaskan Huskies for European Sled Racing (wiki calls them Eurohounds) but mine is an accidental cross as the breeders had both Sibes and GSPs, and they were expecting a litter of GSP's!! I think mine has definitely got the Husky SA trait, and I know exactly what you mean about them!!

This is Tress -

She is super athletic, needs lots and lots of exercise and mental stimulation and loves running and jumping, as you can imagine with her breeding!

Ahh, she's super! Completely not what I was expecting, if you'd shown me the photo and asked me to guess I never would have said sibe. Looking again the snout and eye are familiar though. :)

I've seen a bazillion Youtube vids of Eurohounds racing (and setting mad speed records, lol) but never any photos of individual dogs and I am always curious as to how husky crosses come out.

Many Tears had a golden retriever and her husky x son on their rehoming page a while back and he was all golden retriever but husky-coloured, with a really striking mask. Very bizarre!

blackcob - it is deffo the snout and the eyes! I don't have a better pic on this laptop but if you can get past the lack of fluff and the colouring, she looks very like the one in your siggie head on :)
The little bit of Eurohound research I've done seems to suggest that most of the GSP / Husky crosses seem to come out very similar. Most people who aren't in the know think I have a very skinny Lab cross! The image in my head of a husky / retriever cross is somewhat peculiar, I must say!

I'm trying to find a pic of her with her head turned the same way to compare, best I can do... :p

Mine is somewhat lacking in fluff too which helps the comparison I think, definitely similarities there. :)
