Mine get worn for a few days depending on the state of them! I always wear 'old' (ie dirty) ones on a Weds when I do my big smelly muck out, and then those go straight in the wash! And yes, the ones that are 'in use' get stored on the bedroom floor!

I muck out in My PJ'S with waterproof trousers if I'm not riding
so that saves the jods.

You muck out in your pyjamas?
What do you sleep in (do I really need to know this)

Lol, I keep my horses at home so if I'm not riding I just drag myself out of bed, put a coat and waterproof trousers over my PJ'S and then get on with the mucking out.
My mum is always telling me I smell so practically makes me strip as soon as i walk in the door
My life is not worth living if I sit on the sofa in jods

Mine was the same, funny thing was she had NO problemw ith the dogs jumping stright up on it after takign a dive in rancid local pond but slight horse wiff? All hell let loose
every time theyre worn, even if i dont ride ... i cant stand putting a pair on for a 2nd time. but then i dont wear anything for more than a day at a time ... would explain why my washing pile is always so big!!!
I haven't read all the replies on this thread but can't believe anyone would even ask the question - why would anyone NOT wash their jods every day you minging lot!??? They're easy to wash and don't need ironing!
. I have been chuckling away - you set of mingers!
Anyhow in answer to your question; when I rode English back in England, my jods were put in the laundry every day after riding. I have loads of jods but they are all leather bottomed so used to do a leather wash once a week. Now I am here and ride western, I ride in jeans. Have to say I generally only ride for one day in them as I often ride a number of horses a day, so again, every day.
My favourite dark comfy pair get worn every day and washed once a week, or maybe twice if they've got really stinky or I've slipped over in the mud. They're thick and won't dry overnight unless I use the tumble dryer. Neds at home so I sometimes stay in pyjamas until planning to ride, those PJs don't get worn to bed if I mucked out in them that morning... the postman is used to seeing me in PJs, puffa and wellies!
Beige ones only come out for hunting and get washed each time.
OMG my jods would crawl away if I only washed them every couple of weeks. The dark jods get washed every other day and light ones after every wearing. I'm not allowed on the sofa (like the dogs) until I've changed out of them (unlike the dogs)
Once a week, but then during the winter months I don't ride and horsie lives out, so I'm actually only wearing them for a couple of hours and not riding or mucking out in them. That's not so bad is it?
Having said that, I've been helping someone else out this week and also started riding my own girl, so have mucked out 4 stables every day and ridden 5 times since last Sunday, and still wore the same pair all week!
Mine get washed every day, I usually wear them for about 3-5 hours, but they always get muddy at the bottom. Sometimes in summer I can go a couple of days without washing if I don't jump in a puddle or something!
If I wore jodhs anymore they would get chucked in the machine every day. Everything does, if it comes off me it goes straight into the laundry, can't bear to wear anything twice, dirty or not.
