His lordship is in at night and has been since June when he had bout of lami, later diagnosed as ringbone (vet thinks still had lami aswell, but bit sceptical)
Anyway, been bedded on equimat and good layer of shavings, megazorb, easibed, you name it weve tried it. The straw that broke the camels back is £50 in a month on bedding as he is sooooo wet.
Think he will have to go back onto straw but he eats it.
Tried introducing it into a dirty wet mix of megazorb and jeyes fluid and he still ate it!!!
How can I get him back onto straw without coliking or find a bedding that isnt costing the earth!
Straw is £1 bale from YO (farmer) shavings nearly £7 megazorb £6
