Human supplement (drink/smoothie) recommendations

Already have oats as part of bfast (proper oats) ..

Not sure can have peanut butter on the house as it's too nice lol and I wouldnt be able to leave it alone 🤣

Might just stick to oats, oat milk and shreddies etc for bfast and my mid morning banana. Think I have talked my self out of the huel lol. Will try to eat more greens....

Protein always part of dinner, if I'm home eggs for lunch but if at work do have a wrap with chicken or eggs/cheese.

Ha ha ha! I used to eat a 1kg tub of peanut butter in a matter of days....🐖🐖🐖

What about adding greens to dinner? It takes about 10 mins to steam some Broccoli or about 5 mins to pan "fry" spinach (I always do in some garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper) or 5 mins in the microwave with some frozen peas or corn. I always make sure there is some combo of veggies, carbs, and protein (meat or beans) on the dinner plate

Think I might try the huel daily greens drink !!

If it means one less cup of coffee and supposedly has benefits it's worth a go. Looks like it's not too sweet, most have artificial sweeteners and flavour added, I like black coffee no sugar ... Sometimes hard to get something without sugar/sweetener in !!

No bluebells in it though 🤣
I tried adding a shot of expresso to Huel once before shaking, I do not advise unless you want coffee and Huel cemented to your eyeballs.

Try snacking on raw veg. I'm not keen on veg, but eat it because I know it's good for me, but I love most of it raw! I'd much rather have raw carrots, courgettes, even broccoli, than the cooked stuff. I'd happily eat a whole red pepper like a fruit!

It is apparently better for you cooked, but if it's a choice of raw veg or nothing.....
