Had a great time cubbing this morning... and ponio behaved so well for once and although we only jumped a couple of fences he was brilliant and not too strong either which he often is...:D

So bring on the hunting season!!

Just wondering who else is hunting this year and are you all looking forward to it?

Only hunted once many years ago, thankfully the horse I rode was really well behaved. Thoroughly enjoyed the day out. Would love to do it again but my mare is scary enough at the best of times, I am a bit of a cowerdly custard now lol

went on my bigger ponio this morning for the first time (sister usually rides him) and he loves to have a good gallop to start off with! unfortunatly we went in a kale field at the beginning (which he didnt like tickling his belly) and decided to do lipazanna leaps!!!
up for it again though!!!!

Went this morning & apart from being a git to tack up & load he was marvellous. Think he's gone senile - acted like a youngster instead of in his twenties & about to start his umpteenth season!

Yes, I am literally gagging to go,horse is a little unfit so we wont make it until Xmas time but whey hey, cannot wait. Got a superb seasoned hunter who takes super care of me so should be a scream!

I'm not but my Pony is (hopefully!). She hasn't been before but if she is sensible enough she should get out to quite a few meets, I am very excited as is Little Jockey!

I'm intending to take the Spooky Pony again! He was really good the first time, so I wonder: I've been told the second/third time is when they go really nuts?
