I have done alot of research on both these breeds, and have found it hard to decide between the two, so I was hoping you guys could help if I describe the kind of lifestyle i would give it.
So, I mainly work from home and the only hour or two that I leave is to either go to the stables or the gym. I would be able to woalk it, at least twice a day, we have great places to go for good long walks, so exercise should not be a problem. I understand these kind of breeds are best not off the lead, I don't have a problem with that, but have read that something like a lunge line is acceptable to walk them in.
I would definetely do dog training classes and also if i could would love to join in with the husky/malumute societies so we could learn how to race etc.
I have previously owned a lovely GSDxHusky who was interesting to say the least, but he is sorely missed and the house although clean again has no personality in it.
I think i would prefer a puppy to start from scratch with but I am not familiar with who the good breeders are etc
Any info would be much appreciated.
Thank you
