Had a head, desk moment yesterday. 'Bugs for sale, £850 each. These dogs are hybrids not mongrels.' That's a new one! Guess the breeds in them...

Beagle and pug?? £850???? I am so glad of my bargain bin purebreeds sometimes...

That would mean a dog which wants to run all day but then will get out of breath when it can't. Perfick.

Wrong CC! Guess again! Oh, got your FB btw but it was being a pain. Details appreciated. Met lovely GSD y'day too. Made me want one if I could be bothered with all the grooming lol ;)

My pedigree dog was £250 and my rottador (;)) 'hybrid' was only £60 lol

No worries :)

Grooming, what grooming, I chuck mine in the sea every night :p the ginger undercoat needs to come out though...guess I could claim he is a rare colour and stud him out!!

I'm stumped as to the other breed now....not a bassett??

Boxer??? ha ha i recently saw an ad (obviously taken over the phone) for a 'box of puppies'......... shudv been boxer puppies....

Correct me if I'm wrong but a true hybrid such as a horse x donkey (mule) is always infertile!!!!!
As for a bug I'm guessing Belgian shepherd x German shepherd

Because they see the ££££ signs unfortunately. Although I thought as pedigrees, both those breeds were expensive.

So if you had a bitch of one of those breeds why wouldn't you produce pure bred puppies instead of mutts?

(Answer -because you don't have the correct paperwork or have had too many/too recent litters)

Both what now?

That was what I was wondering s4ugar. Anytime I've seen either breed advertised as pedigree, they have been dearer but your bit in brackets has cleared that up! :)

They must be miracle dogs! Genetically distinct from each other eh? A bargain I reckon at that price ;)

Wonder what two kinds of fuel they run on?

Bug seems an apt name given both have bulging type eyes, can't see any benefit of that crossing but often its just that the breeder owns both.

My friend breeds puggles (pug x beagle) and they actually sell for £1200 ;)

I have to say they are very active dogs with no problems breathing.
