Sorry its so long xx

Hi, sorry to hijack your post when I haven't tried hypnotherapy at all!! Sorry that you haven't been able to move, & can't really suggest anything different from last time, I have sent you a PM though about something I need HELP with!!!

Hello!
I had a course of hypnotherapy a few years ago in hope of solving anxiety problems when I was at school.

It didn't work for me, I felt quite conned out of my money at the time.
I thought it would supply me with a quick fix and that all of my problems would be solved...

If you are a negative thinker like me I would suggest a more hands on way of banishing your fears..that is what worked for me in the end.

I hope you find yourself in a better place soon and that you can overcome your fears in time, im sure you will! good luck!

I had it to help with anxiety and it worked well. I think however it does depend on who you use. The guy I used came by reccomendation from a friend.

It does take time it is not a quick fix and may take a few sessions or more to do the job.
