Blimey it looks fabulous, can you move it to Wiltshire

What a fabulous yard, Claire, well done ! I am truly sad becasue the picture that made me go really green with envy was the big tall solid mounting block. Its much nicer than my current wonky chair.

I hope you have the nicest liveries in Warwickshire, to go with your perfect yard !

WOW it all looks fabulous, you have thought of everything! Well done, I am sure with the sort of detail and thought you have put in, it will be a huge success.

Now......when are you going to build and open one in West Sussex!!!!!!

I had a problem persuading my uncle to let me have headlands everywhere as now arable is on the up (we have arable too). We have a 5 mile farm ride around 200 acres, and then a 1 mile around another 50 acres. The 1 mile will hopefully have a XC round it next spring, the insurance company need to know every little detail

We have about 600 acres in the area, 300 here.

If I were you I would do a buisness plan and present it to D! You never know

And the best thing about it is that you get to use everything

I don't think you will need it because the place speaks for itself, however I'll send you all of my best wishes for a healthy and successful business, for many years to come.

Most of our horses are moved in & the Indoor is in use but there is still a long way to go with fencing & Landscaping. Seeing yours though now at finished stage is making me feel there is light at the end of the tunnel. I will definately post piccies soon.
