Just a 10 mins walk but glad to be on board. Lets hope its all uphill from here.

I got all her tack out, (had to go searching for a numnah, soooo unorganised :P)
she has gained a bit of weight so my girth didn't fit!
Found a new girth. Mum held a stirrup while I went to get on, Roo started marching off as my weight went into stirrup so rather undignified mount :P

Mum just walked next to me, carrying a leadrope incase I needed her to lead us.
Roo was an absolute angel, we walked on a long rein, at a nice pace, nice and relaxed :D
Came back, and as we went under the railway bridge, a van went over and as they opened the gate it squeaked so Roo spooked, shot forward and mum tried to grab Roo with not much space between her and wall :O lol. I nearly went straight off round her neck because I have to lie round her neck to get under bridge. But she didn't do anything naughty, it just made her jump.

Got back, to realise I'd forgotten to tighten my girth :o
All in all, a rather amusing ride, me and mum laughed lots
