I'm wanting to buy a really nice bridle for my now two year old WBxTB filly. Thought I'd start looking now so I can save up

. I've half a dozen training and 'everyday' bridles but I'd actually like to cut back to just having a couple. A decent daily one and a REALLY nice one.

Keep the suggestions coming

Bridles don't do it for me at all.......now if you were asking about bits, headcollars, saddlecloths or Boots I could give you a long list

If money were no object I still think I would stick with my £70 Collegiate bridle

The Albion KB Weymouth with a Pearl browband! I have the snaffe and its a gorgeous bridle and really suits B

Also quite like the Amerigo Patent bridle but the cheek pieces are a bit too chunky for my liking!

Look on the bright side...... Christmas is coming! If you've been good maybe Santa will pop one into your stocking this year.

No chance for me, though. I've not been good enough

I think I remember making a mental note to remember the Otto Schumacher name, a while back. I just wondered if they were the best or whether there are other options. Like the Passier one. Mind you, £700+ for my bridle? I might have a hard time qualifying that expenditure with the OH and it's a hard amount to hide on the join bank statement

I really don't understand why you'd pay that much for an off the peg bridle.... I would totally go custom made, get the perfect fit, exactly how I want it

Passier bridles

Some of these aren't so hideously expensive. Anyone any views on the Passier basic range?

Got one. LOVE it sadly its only a hacking bridle now as its a snaffle and I school/compete in a double which is a stubben.

I really want a passier double

OMG the Boston rolled double is £830!!!

I've spent less than that on a car

Well that obviously wasn't the one I was thinking of for myself!!!!

And, yeah, I know what you mean about the car. Most of mine have cost less! LOL.

There's a 'genuine' Elevator bridle advertised on eBay ATM but who makes them? This one has Elevator embossed into the leather on the ns. But doesn't say who manufactured it in the listing.
