just for fun since it feel like it should be a Friday already!

ETA - my girl would be a classic ferrari, she's foreign and exotic looking and was bloody quick in her day. But now she just looks good, costs a lot to maintain and has really dodgey brakes and stearing

One would be a Lada Riva - she's basic, economical, good off road, old but still going strong, but sadly lacking in the looks department.

The other would be something that looks like it can do the job but has suspension problems and one wheel that just can't be balanced! Perhaps something like a Japanese 'hairdressers 4 x 4' ?

LOL my friend used to own one of those! I twas a really good little 4 x 4, I never used to understand why Lada had such a bad name as a kid as I though her car was amazing, plus it was a soft top, kinda lookedlike a barbie car!

When I got him he would have been the old Panda but now I'd liken him to a Range Rover sport. Big, pretty dependable, good looking and shiney, but a bit naughty!

The Big horse - Land Rover - Safe, dependable and brilliant at getting from A to B accross any terrain but not that fast!

Young Horse - hmmmm, not quite sure yet - looking like it will be honest and quick but not built to last - maybe a freelander?!

I can't think of a car that would suit for my mare - is there such an unpredictable motor? She morphs from steady old Land Rover to Rally Car but with leather interior as she is so comfortable!

The other mare would be a bog standard Ford Mondeo - just gets on with the job.

A tank?
Or an old army landrover type - big, solid, usually covered in mud with the turning circle of a bowing 747. Intermittant brakes but an ability to fly across country at 100mph with no control!
