If you could have one horse under the tree..

I'd want something Spanish with impossibly long mane and tail, grey but one that magically stays very clean, wonderful temperament and talented enough to carry me as his numphty rider!

If I could have one horse under my tree I would have my jack back. Lost him in may and miss him so much. He was going to be my ridden stallion

You will always miss him (as I miss so many friends) but you will find ,or rather the right horse will find, you ,and you will be happy again . Trust me ,this is true. Happy christmas.

My mare who died two months ago. Not getting much easier.

You'll never get over it but you will get through it.

Thoughts are with you; I know how devastating it is to lose "the one". Time is the only healer so don't be hard on yourself, it's still very recent.

Best wishes

My horse of a lifetime, who died 4 months ago - I still can't believe he's gone and look for him in the paddock and stable.

And to be greedy, I always had a soft spot for It's Otto, despite the fact that I'm wasn't exactly the world's best at jumping, but I always got a bit emotional when I saw him on the telly.

I'd have my beautiful Alice back. I lost her in May and would give anything to see her grazing in the field with my new boy and the pony.

I'm happy with Frankie, I suddenly realised this weekend that he does like me and takes confidence from me. Previous to that I had assumed he thought I was a bossy witch who brought his food. Turns out thats not the case and he does really like me :D Made me soo happy :D So if he could be made 15hhs or if I could be made considerably lighter then I would be happy! Hes going to be my horse of a lifetime, I just need to be less of a giant blimp so I can ride him and do all the fun things he enjoys!

Frankie thinks you are great the way you are but if you have the mood to loose a few pounds you wont hear the words "thin bitch " from his lips.Luv fom bob the nota cob ,worlds only computer literate horse.

Thanks TPO. Sure my friends and family are fed up about me banging on so I don't mention it. It's nice people understand.

An everlastingly sound horse, about 15hh, Connie or Connie x, roan or dun, preferably a mare.

Failing that, the me of my youth would have loved if not to own, at least a little play on an eventer that did badminton in the late 70s, early 80s, Jane starkey's Topper Too. From memory, he was a compact little chestnut of about 16hh. If I remember rightly he was by Quality Fair, had no white on him and I was fascinated by him ...

my old boy, dont mind his age, but out of pain completely (preferably forever) and totally unbroken.

We get by, and he's not dire by any means, but it's heartbreaking remembering how he was

famous horse wise, opposition buzz.

I'd have Gulliver, the horse I loved and lost at 16. I wouldn't dare ride him now, but I'd just love to hang around with him.

famous horse wise, I'd like that gorgeous Fjord horse off Frozen! :)

Hmm ive never thought of that! If I couldn't have my old boy back for a day (which I'd feel guilty about cos also lost my mare the year before, prob would chose him because never got to say 'goodbye') then id like a highly schooled dressage horse just for the experience
