If you had £2k what would you buy?

If I was in a better money position to afford another hoss I'd buy the youngste I have been eyeing for a while ;)

But as things stand I'd probably stick it in a savings account incase anything happened to the K-pony that the insurance didn't cover :)

Well I could buy the YP with that 2 years ago and still have change to get him a saddle :o:eek:

Now I'd be tempted by the saddle I saw today but as its black and the rest of my tack is brown he would need a new bridle to go with it :p and I'd still have plenty of change. Which would go on lessons I suppose.

I wish I could be sensible like some of you and put it in the bank, buuuuut I'd blatantly blow it, it'd either go toward the TTF (Truck Trailer Fund) or on another side saddle!!

At this precise moment in time... a ruddy good back massage. Due to mud had a good slide down a hill after tripping over the dog. Would be worth every penny :D

Maybe a bit left over for a box of chocs

I did just get a £2500 tax rebate and I have bought a cheap older horsebox for £1000 and spent the rest on getting it in good shape. It now has a new floor, fixed ramps, new brakes, exhaust and wheel bearings amongst other bits and bobs so its really safe and sound now, all for under 3 thousand :-)

I would split into 1/4 in bank, 1/4 on training, 1/4 towards MOT/service/insuring the wee lorry and the rest on a new bridle, BE subs and 6mth BS subs for the winter season. Cripes, it's easy to spend isn't it?!

hmm, 2k would go so quickly - can I have 5k instead (please?!!!)

I refuse to believe so many of you are sensible enough to put it in the bank :D

If I didn't have any debts to pay off (hah!) I'd spend it on a really good quality dressage saddle with a very deep seat and a lovely padded bridle for Fairy. Saffy already has one, so she can have her share on treats :)

I gave this a lot of thought as my Wish List is very long, but I discarded a whole outfit or two of Kingsland stuff (gorgeous but too spendy for me to wear around horses) and an FMBSs massage rug, which is number 2 on the list, and decided I'd spend the lot on a new Barnsby dressage saddle for my girls, since my new Barnsby jump saddle is absolutely divine and, in spite of being meticulously fitted to Daisy, seems to fit both Katy and Ellie like a glove too (don't you just LOVE it when that happens). I don't think any of my 4 (!) dressage saddles are quite right for me, and am considering selling the lot and plumping for 1 Barnsby, which I hope will be perfect...

Oh this is difficult, but I am trying to be sensible with money so either:
In the lorry fund which I seem to have emptied buying a car this morning, or a really nice deep seated narrow twist dressage saddle ideally a barnsby or an albion as my kent abd masters isn't really enough these days and is too wide for me and my bad back but fits my horse perfectly. See sensible ish ;)

Yes I am thanks horseloaner I've been hurt more falling off horses. But my 2 year old was in the car too (also ok) so I felt terrible :(
