I'd leave the car if it were mine, only paint work damage by the looks.
As for the dog, I'd work on teaching it not to jump up

It wasn't your fault maybe report it to the police. Hope you got a good look at her.

I'd nip to Halfords and get some red colour polish, alot can be covered up by that!

Or phone the police and ask soco to come and take the dog prints!

That not being the case, I would be fricking livid, I HATE it when dogs scrabble up against cars...I even have a towel thrown over my back bumper so the dogs don't scratch it coming in and out
Is it beyond a bit of T-Cut?!

Police gave me an incident number for my insurance, unfortunately a respray is enough to write off the car due to its age

Maybe a good idea not to leave it in there if there was.

I would definitely have a crack with the T-cut, as a veteran car-scratcher (my own I hasten to add!) I can confirm it is good stuff. Halfords can also mix you up a match-pot to touch up any deeper scratches.

I would be terribly embarrassed if Henry did that to someone's car
