I'm parting with one of my Romeo boys! How Much?

As some people know my beloved stallion Romeo always blessed me with alot of colts (10 times more colts than filles to be exact!), well I have 7 beautiful colt foals by him this year and I am unable to pick between them so I have sadly decided to sell one or both of my 2yos by him instead, which is heart wrenching but I have to be sensible 11 colts (which is how many I have atm by him) by one stallion is alot and I am going to have to pick between them at some point and not all of them are going to be able to stay entire! So I had the first 2yo gelded (had it done quick so I couldn't change my mind!) and I am putting him up for sale but I don't know how much to ask for him? This is my first how much post (sorry to everyone that hates them!

) and I am asking in the breeding section because........well everyone seems nicer down here and I don't really want him pulled apart I just want to work out a price to put on him from averaging out what everyone says.
He is to make 15.2 (should be to make 16hands but he is petite and was the mares first foal and doesn't look like he going to make 16h), by Romeo (Ramiro Z) out of my Head Studbook Intermedate Eventer (placed 2*). Here are some pics of him hooling around the paddock today (yes he will be brushed and have his mane pulled before anyone comes to see him, call these the au naturel look lol) and ive tagged a couple of the parents on the end as well to help. He should be a good small show jumper/eventer imo. His stable name is Junior because he is a mini me of his dad

Would love to help but I really don't know the eventing market at all , both mom and dad look fab though!

On the other subject who would the young budding rider be? Are they reasonable? Sorry but find the cost of producing horses here in the UK extortionate in comparison to the continent and need to make a decision fast... (Sorry for butting in HG)

Thanks SFS, yes the market is very up and down but I want to put a realistic price on him, make sure he goes to a competition home but also I don't want to give him away if you know what I mean!

In theory, he could do any of the major 3 disciplines as dad was an international show jumper and a grand prix dressage horse and mum an intermediate eventer, i just think he's built to event out of the three disciplines because he's light enough and contains enough TB for the XC, he has the movement for dressage and should have a descent pop (well I know he has because he has been known to pop over the fence between the paddocks

Opie.....Mat_b is a lovely young rider who is doing VERY well with some stallions for a stud farm down south, in both jumping and dressage..........they also take on other stallions to ride and compete............i think he was referring to himself.......

I know of someone who also produces young horses, very reasonable and german trained, not taking anything away from Mat_b

.......I just looked at his type and thought "now there is a potential eventer"

..........especially with his bloodlines......the eventing market is really picking up now. A friend of mine has TBxWB's and is selling them very well to the eventing markets.

They'd have to be REALLY good to compete with Mat

, he's done a fabulous job on my 4yo stallion

, I am going to take some piccys this week and i'll show you all and you can compare them to the ones I took a couple of months back

and remember he had to have his arm plated and pinned in that time too

(nothing to do with my stallion I hasten to add!

)
I would highly recommend Mat for anyone looking for schooling for Dressage!
