yes well actually we have a farm that could easily be developed with government grant development funds, to build a brand new equine reproduction facility for AP .. and of course we could cater for Matts training by accomodating him with a state of the art indoor arena with surface of choice........

so Anastacia you will just have to relocate South, the climate her is MUCH better.......
