Is this common jarring injury when taking a tumble?
Since I had my fall, about a week after I developed a bad shoulder, although I didnt hurt myself at the time, athough a few days later my right arm gave me jip for few days, as know I jarred that one.
I can't stretch it out, twist my arm or reach behind my back without it hurting (for example applying fake tan or doing your bra up....is a nightmare
) although I can bare it, it's not stopped me from riding, although I may struggle to hold a strong horse.
I think because I've not rested it (as I didn't know at the time), that's why it has got worse, I'm now waking up in a morning with a terrible throbbing in my shoulder (but its right in side) its like having the worst back ache but in your shoulder.
Do you think I should just pop some pain killers and rest it or jog along to the docs?
Any else has it?
