Gah, this is doing my head in. I'm sat at my desk in the middle of London, not a tree or blade of grass to be seen, and all I want is to GO HOME! Work is just so damn disruptive

Whats everyone else up to? Please make me feel better and say that you are working/studying - basically anything other than 'enjoying yourself'

I am slogging away at work too - frustrating thing is the horses live on a yard next door (literally 20 foot away) and I cant go do stuff with them.
frown.gif
Just been outside and can see them in the field, the two mares are flat out sunbathing....

Same here and what's worse is that I've got nothing to do so a long drawn out boring day. I could go home, but I'm on a daily rate so not here = no money! Still got HHO to keep me company for the afternoon!

Stuck at work, 5 minutes from home, thinking of all the horsey things and gardening things I could be doing!

Slow week (end of month) so nothing to do. In fact, I have 2 orders to do, but I'm saving them for this afternoon otherwise it will be soooo slooooow.

Roll on 4pm!!!

- so far I have answered a couple of emails then nipped out to do some work on the lunge with my mare - had a nice cold shower when she finished and is out sunbathing and eating. I have a lesson on my boy at 2 - so we will both need a cold shower when that has finished!!

I am house sitting at work, all I have to do is get my butt away from this PC and finish cleaning the house, I will then have the afternoon to myself and can go and spend time with my neds (they live at where I work).

I'm stuck behind my desk in London too if that's any consolation.....

I'm considering going to meet Park Ranger for lunch and a chat......

Argh - it seems such a waste of a nice day to be stuck indoors!

Hope everyone gets to spend lots of sunshine time with their ponies tomoro!!

I am revising..not allowed to ride the horse all week and he is 1 hour away anyway. Learning about triglycerides, unsaturated fat, and carbon bonds- thrilling!

I'm stuck in a sweaty office too with the fan on full blow, although it's drying my contact lenses out!

Then off home at 5pm, well down the yard (take my change of clothnig in the car) check on Mr M and Ro, then straight down to another yard to jump into the horsebox and off to pick some a couple of horses up and move them to some other fields, the rest on Sunday I think. Was supposed to be riding as well this evening, but thats horses for ya.

Then I will be going home and hopefully be back to watch Britains got Talant and I could kill for a nice cold bottle (well glass) of wine but OH is on a health kick and all chocolate, buscuits and drink is banned
frown.gif
instead we have cupboards full of pasta and rabbit food
grin.gif

why I am telling you this?

I think I'll call at the Co-op on my way back from collecting my car and buy myself a nice bottle of white, come to think of it I'll probably need it after sorting these two mares out, thankfully ones of them loads but on the other hand she bites and kicks so if you don't hear from me, I shall leave you Mackenzie in my Will

Sat at my desk with 2 jumpers on, freezing my backside off as some cretin has put the air con on "arctic".
What makes it worse, is my mother in Law has just called and said that her new pony is on the way and will be arriving any min. I desperately wanted to be there and am dropping hints as subtle as bowling balls signalling that I want to go home. To no avail unfortunatley.
frown.gif

Roll on 5 o clock, then i'm off until next Wednesday - Yip Yippee!!
