I am so sorry..sending virtual hug.
I’m so sorry x
Thank you. It all feels unreal right now.I'm very sorry you lost Stratford.

It’s heartbreaking @SkylarkAscendingbut he truly was the luckiest boy to have landed on his paws with you. He was adored, and was given a peaceful and dignified end - a luxury that many dogs are not afforded. How wonderful that he got to live out his twilight years knowing a love and level of care that he’d never known before! Thinking of you
and forever grateful to you for providing him with a home for life.
I’m so sorry. Look after yourself.RIP Loki, best of dogs.

So sorryI can't believe I'm writing this but Tia - 14 Sept 2014 - 19 Aug 2025 - crossed the rainbow bridge last Tues.
She went downhill from morning to lunchtime and we had to say goodbye. 2 days before she did 5 miles with me.
Tia was 10, one month away from 11. She's been my shadow and would nudge me late afternoon as she wanted us to have nap time together.
When Sam was poorly I started taking her out with my pony and she loved it - not so much the pony but spending time with me.
I'd show her her collar and a treat - if she chose the treat she stayed. If she ignored the treat she came. She often ignored the treat.
She would jump up with her front paws on my leg so I could clip or unclip her lead depending on how quiet the paths or beach were. She would run alongside us as we trotted and cantered, never veering off the path and last month a deer jumped across in front of us. She bunched herself ready to go but a growl from me stopped her.
At one point she couldn't swim so she went to hydrotherapy to learn. I was so proud the day she followed Tilly and swam around her. Tilly was unhappy and tried to take off not understanding the floating hair was her dog buddy. We had a few iffy moments getting back to land where she recognised her little furry friend
The best pup I could ask for. She did things on her terms. No interest in scentwork but she loved man trailing.
The house is empty without her. The pic with our cocker spaniel and the one before it was taken 2 days before.View attachment 165674View attachment 165673View attachment 165672View attachment 165671View attachment 165670View attachment 165667View attachment 165668View attachment 165669
