Hi

I am looking for a new instructor for my section d gelding who is 4 next month. I have just backed him and want some help progressing him.

he is a very difficult-a total brat who can have big tantrums! Therefore I am looking for someone who has experience with behavioural issues a d youngsters. I would also like someone who will ride him if needed.

Ideally a man, he has much more respect for men and control is easier for a man - he is so strong the other day it took 3 of us to hold him!

I have bought him to show but eventually I would like him to be a good all rounder. He is gonna be a super pony its just gonna take while!

I am based in Essex s anyone has any recommendations id be grateful!

I'm not sure that strength is the answer - setting up a long term battle with a four year old horse isn't going to end up with a happy horse, or happy you!

He has a lot more respect for men thats all. I took him along to a monty roberts demonstration a few weeks ago but unfortunately he wasnt used as he had issues and behaviour problems that monty couldnt work with in the time. I was introdur to bridget but her prices are pretty high and she she would be coming from Norfolk so I def couldn't afforf the travel cost on top.

Kizzy Smith (kizzy smith eventing on fb)!! cant recommend her highly enough!! she backs, produces, coaches and Events! i have seen her ride everything from tbs to ponyies, cobs to warm blood stallions!! i know you'd prefer a man but please check out her fb page or call her!! she has done wonders for me and my girls!!
