insurance - how much is she now worth as a 3yr old?

I need to change my insurer for my 3yr cob. I bought her as a 10 month old for £700.
Obviously she is now worth more than this, so cannot insure her for what i paid for her.
For insurance puporses what would she be worth?

3yr Lightly backed (just started but she will be classes as this by end of summer) , very sensible, unusually marked coloured lw cob, standing at 14.3 hoping to make 15.1, chaps reg, seen traffic and not fazed, very laid back but forward going, lovely nature, always wants to please, good to shoe etc......

I would say about £1200.

I bought one of mine as a weanling and wasinsured through Petplan, they will increase the value each year by a set amount (can't remember how much off the top of my head) If you want to increase it by more than that you had to provide competition results or veterinary evidence the horse was worth more. Not sure how other companies operate though.
