Insurance renewal - NFU's new clause?

This clause has been in quite a few years now as I remember not having any exclusion after my horse used £5k vets fees for GA for tooth removal and complications that followed. That was 7 yrs ago and my vet was astounded that I didnt think I had an exclusion in the following years policy. What I didnt realise was the wording had changed so exclusions were no longer listed but a paragraph was in the policy about pre existing and previous conditions but I hadnt noticed.
Saying that, NFU have been fantastic and I wouldnt change to anyone else. They arent the only ones to do this and when I questioned it following another massive claim for a fractured leg!! they said it would only come into force if something happened to the same leg as a result of the fracture, so things like Navic, ringbone, accidents etc wouldnt be excluded in the future.

"Thinks", Hang on a minute Star, your horses see a vet every day:D

well, i did think about listing how they'd been on every day of the year, but decided against it! my dilemma is always where to draw the line about what i tell them because i obviously deal with everything myself whereas a normal owner would have to call a vet to do it! i end up telling them anything that goes in their history like blds, prescription meds etc.
