Just found out that after a small suspensory tweak - no hole but just a bit sore at the top and the bottom due to shoeing problems then shockwave as he is a competition horse- my insurers have excluded both front legs and any muscle/ tendon/ ligaments and they still want £200 per month!!
We are thinking of not insuring him and just putting the money we save into an emergency pot. Very risky but if a large portion of the horse is not insured don't know if £200 per month is worth it
