Is a caller allowed at A BD area Festival?

I've just qualified for my first area festival and I wondered if I was allowed a caller. This is the first round so not championship. New to this so any advice welcomed.

Not in the actual AF test. Nor are whips.
The warm up class (if there is one) is just a normal class though
