Aldi's previous jods / breeches have been fab. Mine are in their 3rd year. This year's softshell ones just felt horrible.
I'm a very recent Decathlon convert. I just bought one of their fleeces. It cost me £25 and is incredibly thick and really good quality! It doesnt stretch or slip back and is enough even in minus temps to act as a LW stable rug

Regatta fleece tops for me cheap, cheerful and last for ages.
I really like the Aldi Jods. They are a bit thinner than most jods, but I prefer that for riding. If I'm cold doing yard work, I just lob my waterproof chaps on top. I actually hate these thick jodhpurs that are around today.
coconut tesco own brand conditioner and shampoo
Avon kids hair detangler is £1.50 smaller bottle but often on offer for mutibuys
skin so soft oil
cheap fleeces in the bargain bin at shows bought several for less than a tenner each bit like mini skirts but they do the job
Old Masta rugs are deep and last forever not sure about new ones mine are well over 10 years od
for the grey one the biggest expense is a tenner for go blonder shampoo and conditioner for the final wash its for humans but works well at getting stains out
Decathlon breeches - especially the waterproof Kipwarm ones! £30 instead of the £200 Pikeur ones that stop being waterproof very quickly.
Bits - Cotswold Sport do some spot-on Neue Schule and Sprenger copies, usually for less than half the price of the named brand ones.
decathlon stuff and Kramer is brill.
the decathlon coats, breeches etc are all good quality.
And Hooks Europe! https://www.hookseurope.com/
They do some impressive copies of big-name (and money!) items - including a copy of the PS of Sweden High Jump bridle for 70euro, which has much better leather than the £320 PS of Sweden one, and a spur belly band for ~40euro instead of £100. They also do some lovely headcollars that are very reasonably priced.
