Last time I looked, I didnt live in a 'bubble' - I do, however, live in an area where a very busy main road prevents easy access to nice riding, but I get by, because I dont moan about it, I just accept it.

Oh yes, and as for me being the one who needs to 'grow up' - thats a fine thing coming from someone who goes off to another a forum, posts a link back to here, and continues to slag off the OP...how very mature.

Yep thats me shallow and pathetic, because you cant take whats been said you so try the personal attack rather than sticking to the issue, wont work with me, I wont go crying to the moderater either, personal attacks on me dont bother me at all, it doesn't take away the facts of the issue at hand, we get 22% of the public rights of way, the cyclists are taking our hacking routes of us, bridleways are getting split up broken up with roads ect and yet instead of being united standing against it all, there is apathy and stuff everyone else, at least the hunting fratenity got off their arses and went down to london to protest, all the rest of us have to do to make a statement is buy any of the other multitude of excellent vehicles rather than a BMW, how this country ever won a war God only knows.
 
Well I think the answer to the question is NO!

Especially if I drive my hypothetical BMW through Derbyshire and Pedantic spots me as I think we would be hijacked. That is if I can retrieve my own head from my backside first.

And it isnt cruel to put 2 greyhounds in the boot of a BMW, once you have put them through the blender there isnt an issue.

If the government wants to build roads do you really think they are going to take notice of some horse riders that say it will take away their riding route?! The government do what they want to - as do big companies. That's just life I'm afraid! I'm all for people supporting causes however an attack of the sort that you made to a very innocent post won't encourage people to join you on your mission!

If putting 2 greyhounds in the back of a BMW is considered 'wrong', what on earth would people think if they knew I was able to fit two Labradors plus a Border Terrier into the boot of my Ford Ka....

The only thing that makes anyone take any notice is by hitting them in their wallet, if they thought that it would upset their bank balance they would have created an alternative route for the riders as well as walkers and cyclists, obvioulsly BMW are banking on the brits apathy, well looks like they got that right, next time any of you complain about anything at all whatever it is, just stand back and ask yourself, what did "I" do to try and change it, when the answer is "nothing" you can shut up moaning.
The real point here is that there are approxx 4.5 million riders, so if we all stuck together it wouldn't be just one BMW would it.

Seriously, it would be quite hard to find a car that doesn't have some connection to BMW (very incestuos business) or atleast isn't made in a country that has some serious questions on some element of horse welfare.
