Possibly overpriced but that sort of money isn't unusual in today's market. My mare's previous owner paid 10k for her as an unbroken 4 yo, and without her breeding papers

Quite a nice looking horse but I wouldn't pay £12k for a star in the making - I would want it to have proved its self in competition. My friend only got £12k for her 7yo mare who had competed and won at affiliated medium level.
