Yes, it's one of the crucifers I think. Hard to tell which one from the pictures though - lots of them grow wild in this country. Could be a mustard, or a wall rocket, or something else in the same family - they're all really similar looking so you need to look at features of the leaves and flowers using a hand lens and a key to really ID them down to species level I find!
ETA: Crucifers are the cabbage family, and whilst they're not good for horses, you can eat most of them! None are toxic to humans as far as I know, the leaves are usually pretty good in salads!
