Hi guys!

Ive just recently purchased some dry shampoo for my boy...have to say it's brilliant and rids him of stains wonderfully, something ive always struggled with on my greys! :p

What about you guys?
What items or equipment could you not live without at your yard?

Without a doubt I couldn't live without Rambo turnouts! I was really late back to the yard last night and it had rained heavily all day. I was sopping by the time I got to the field but horse was warm and dry :D I love not having to worry about her :)

Failing that, Absorbine show sheen, nothing else detangles her gigantic tail :D

Rig Calm! Demented lunatic to big softie within a week. Actually, I use Oestraban instead because its half the price but does the same job. Don't know how I ever coped before!

Currently a mud mitt. It means I can literally get the mud off my mare with one brush, even though she does her best to really rub it all in. This is despite wearing a full neck AND a snugly hood!!!

Like Sidney, my quad, and as Bryndu, my gloves (blue latex - bought by the hundred)

Heated water troughs and buckets. I even have heated rabbit water bowls :D

In winter my quilted overalls, in summer OFF lotion, and in all seasons my sunglasses.

My horses tail bag bought from tailgator :) wouldn't be without it now still looks perfect 4 years on and a must have with my 'hippo' also cactus cloth so simple yet so amazingly good at getting mud off! :D

I love my wheelie bucket for keeping the yard tidy and I couldn't be without Winter Wash spray for cleaning off my horses sweat brilliantly without water - means i can put her rug straight back on ;)

Sudocreme: fab for my boy's face in the summer (he gets SI) plus me!

Pig Oil: mixed in with a few drops of Neem oil and sponged over legs/coat - acts as a barrier against mud plus keeps insects at bay - also if brushed through mane & tail keeps the mud off

Waterproof saddle cover. THE most indispensable item I think I've ever had.

Combination bridle & headcollar (Barefoot); means if I'm out riding and see a sheep on its back (not an uncommon sight around here) I can pop off, tie up Ned, and deal, without having to tie up using reins.

Synthetic endurance bridle which came with my loan mare. Fantastic.

My Endurance stirrups; so comfy you could go to sleep up there (well, almost).

Sorry meant to add Lynn Russell Stain Remover: indespensible, not only for removing poo stains from pieba'd's white bits, but also if you get summat on white/light jods, as well as if horsie is in the box and poo's all over the walls, just spray this stuff on and hose down and hey presto gone. Along with the waterproof saddle cover, this has to be my "can't live without" item I think.

Fantastic - you've all given me a few thoughts on things to add to my collection!

Im definitely going to have to try that Lynn Russel Stain Remover an all. My mare likes to paint the walls a very horrible colour! :p
