Has anyone ordered from this company? Recently ordered and paid for a riding skirt. i knew at the time it may be sometime before it was delivered but have been trying to contact them fo an update, the phone goes to answer phone and there have been no replies to my email as yet. I have read good reviews so am hoping this is just a blip .
 
Think they are the same company that advertises a lot on facebook - if so i have ordered and although it takes a while to arrive with no communication in between, my items have arrived!
 
did you ever receive your order? i ordered on the 24th of may and nothing. contacted them twice since and no reply.
 
Terrible!
It became quite apparent that my order wasn’t coming, they didn’t answer any emails or messages and deleted my Facebook posts but did phone me once and promised it would be sent that day, but then wasn’t but at least I then had their phone number. I opened a complaint on PayPal and phoned her until I got an answer and she refunded me on the phone

oh no ? I wish I paid through paypal it's going to be so much harder to get a refund
 
I’ve ordered from them as well and still got nowt. Just keep saying it will be on its way soon.
Was only a tenner but annoying.....

When did you order? I ordered mine on the 24th. I've messaged them now saying if they don't get back to me by the end of monday I'm filing for a dispute it's ridiculous

It was a daft crown browband for my friend...shhh ?
Did they not put up on Facebook they had a problem with Hermes or is that somewhere else?

I didn't see anything about having issues with Hermes on their FaceBook? Just a long post about how there may be delays in replies etc...I hope that's just the case and ahahhaah I've seen that browband I love it lol
 
I ordered some feed from them last summer which took ages to arrive, so ended up cancelling and finding something similar else where, the lady was a nightmare to get hold of too ?
 
Do you think my order will arrive even if I have to wait ages? I checked my bank website and I can't apply for a refund unless it's a minimum of £100 ?
 
I have been waiting for ages for mine. I ordered in April and haven’t received anything yet. I have spoken to someone twice and she blamed delays in ordering from their suppliers due to covid, it appears they don’t hold any stock and operate as a ‘you place the order, we will order it, then post it to you’ business. They say they have a 14 day lead in time for delivery so assume that is what they allow for ordering and dispatching your items. Very unsatisfactory
 
I’ve messaged twice and both messages have been ignored. Crap this - absolutely not ordering from them again it’s a right scam!

so annoyed - they are saying they have backlogs that take 36 hours to reply to but they’ve seen my messages....
It will be the boatload of people complaining! Never again. No wonder you can’t leave a review on their Facebook page.

What really annoyed me was how they found the time to keep posting about all their latest amazing offers
 
So I ordered two items on the 15th may and they still haven’t arrived. I wrote emails, Facebook messages and commented on their other post to say how awful the service is. I finally got a call back in mid June so say they are sorry for the delays. They are waiting for their supplier to get stock in and they could give me a refund if I wanted. I told them that all I wanted was a bit of contact and to not be ignored, would still like my items so I’ll wait as she said that they won’t be long. She also said that they only count delay periods as business days. It has now been 57 ‘working days’ and still no parcel. Beyond awful! It’s £25 so I will just wait but why sell something if they can’t get it in within a month or even 2!
 
I commented lots on their Facebook and Instagram they kept deleting until they got so annoyed they finally called me. They didn't have what I ordered in the right colour so I said fine whatever colour as I was done with it. It arrived 2 days later and was all knotted up (liberty head collar thing) and after riding in it for 5 minutes it fell apart. So disappointed it was £30 I can't be bothered to contact them about it. Lesson learnt.
 
@emiliaa that is so annoying. When you finally got it and it wasn’t worth the wait. I’d chase it up and send photos of how useless it was and ask for your money back. Clearly not fit for purpose if not dangerous.

They completely ignored my requests for an update, mine was long overdue I just asked for a refund in the end. Worst bit was it was a daft present which annoyed me really.

absolutely never ever use them again - does anyone ever receive their order? Not sure how she’s still in business?!
 
I will never order from this company again. Was told on order that the product would take 20 working days to arrive which was fine. The order totaled in excess of £500 and 20 working days went by with no correspondence, so rang the company direct asking for an update.
I then called weekly for the next 4 weeks to be told that the product hadn't arrived and that they had no idea when it was coming and where it was - blamed suppliers! Each conversation was also met with "thank you for reminding me to chase this up"!!!

I then rang after 47 working days to cancel my order and request a refund when i was told "this can't be done today but will be processed tomorrow...no need to call back you will get an email, oh and don't feel bad about cancelling, we have a waiting list of people looking for this product!!!

I followed this up with an email confirming the conversation i just had....no reply. Chased the next day...no reply....chased again and threatened getting my Credit card company involved....no reply. I have had to go down the formal route of getting my money back! Not the correct way to run a company at all

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE AGRO AND AVOID!
 
That is absolutely horrendous!!!
How on earth can they run a “company” like that!
It’s so disgraceful that the also delete reviews on social media and Facebook posts etc. People should know what happens the moment they press proceed when ordering from them yet they delete everything so that no one knows the truth. Absolutely awful

Hi! I actually messaged the company’s page on Facebook. Surprisingly, I got a quick reply and my refund was sent almost immediately. I was shocked at how easy it was, especially considering how the rest of the experience with them had been pretty awful. But I’m just glad I have my money back now.

I ordered a turnout rug from them on 13th Dec. The 8 days delivery that was stated went by and no product. TRIED phoning but hardly any attempt went through. Eventually for through, on 21st Dec, said expected delivery was due xmas eve, and will be kept updated although they hadn’t had it into them yet - no update! Phoned again after new year, still no product, struggled to get hold of them again, chased the order, got told they are going to look into it and I will be updated before the lady went home at 6pm that day - again no update. Phoned 3 days later, went through the same conversation (now I can talk for days but this was getting boring by this point!) got told they will have to get incase it is in their “quarantine” section, and would be phoned after 1030 the next day. To be fair the lady couldn’t apology more and stated multiple times that she was sorry as it was her that forgot to call me back earlier that week. Again shock there was no phone call. On 11th jan, I again eventually got through to them and requested a refund. The lady on the other end was blunt and rude and had very short sentences, none the less agreed to the refund and would be processed within 7 days. Phoned back yesterday (23rd Jan) left it as they are going to look into it Monday and call me back. Needless to say I am not holding my breath and preparing for yet another call mid week ? goes without saying this is the worst company I have dealt with, trying to contact them is a nightmare and when you do get hold of them you don’t get anywhere either having the same conversation chasing them or not been very helpful and rude the other end. The rug wasn’t the most expensive but it’s the principle and lack of communication that annoys me!

yes I had absolutely zero communication from them.
I would never ever ever order from them again they were a PITA and I had to chase for a refund.
Also a lot of the items they take payment for and then order, as in they don’t have stock in.

definitely one to avoid in future. Hope you get sorted this time.
 
Didn't have a great experience. Order was delayed and I struggled to get hold of anyone when I was asking for an update. Managed to cancel the order in the end and get my money back. I'd have been willing to wait, it was the lack of communication that frustrated me the most.
