its too hot...

19 degrees here

lol thought I was the only wimp who started melting when temps went over 18 degrees :D
What are we going to do next week when it hits 30?:D
I will be seeing my horse at dawn and dusk only, even if that means 5am and 10pm ;)
HAve just had an (almost serious) conversation about whether you can instal an air conditioning unit in a standard two horse trailer (and I live in Scotland, so there should be about 3 days each year when it would be worth using...)

Massive wimp here, 19 degrees and I hate it :p
ARE YOU JOKING??! 30 DEGREES? *Loads Gun*

BLOODY HELL!!!! 30 degrees next week.....?:eek::eek: i thought this was hot enough.....i'm sj next weekend (pc area) so i'll be in my tweed jacket etc....:(:(:(

just bathed ponies and they actually enjoyed it and for once i didn't mind getting more wet than them (they started copying our dog about a year ago when he decided to join in :D)

Catching the horses standing up during the day is a rare thing at the moment - when they are bought in in the morning they're all zonked out about within half an hour

Agreed! Got a ode on sunday as well and sod's law all my times are middle of the day :( also doing hay next week oh joy so will def be melting by then :(

Much rather have the weather today than 2 days ago...

Got to love the British Summer :D

come on people, this time last year I was permanently in waterproofs, could keep an electric fence in the ground because it was so wet and windy, the river burst its banks weekly and I had a seemingly permanent water feature/duck pond in my paddock and we were in despair over getting hay cut. Please lets not moan about this lovely, dry, hay making weather!

Ah, see now that argument would be valid if we weren't British...

Its 26 degrees here, going to be hotter this weekend, my horse is being a pain in the ar$e and I have dressage and SJ to get through!! :( feeling sorry for myself ;)

I hate the cold but at least the winter brings clean rugged horses and no overweight, strong, sugar loaded horses to ride! I do cope well in the heat though, don't sweat much and can still get the jobs done so I can't moan too much

Its beautiful up in London today - warm and sunny .... sitting in the office looking out of the window and wishing could be at the yard doing horsey things and drinking tea with my mates ....

26 currently here, so glad I rode this morning when it was only 20degrees before 9....

Tomorrow see's me go onto 'hot time' which means alarm going off by 05.30 so can ride early. At least I will get a lunchtime nap both days this weekend then :D

Gorgeous weather, I love it :D I will be getting up early on Monday to ride at 10 which I never normally do but it is going to get so hot  Bring on the bathing! I'm glad I'm not competing though, it's too hot for jackets and stocks.

Loving it! I promised myself in the winter that I would not complain about it being too hot this summer! I did overheat today so I jumped in my pool and now I'm sunbathing! This is the life! :D

Nooooo! I bet you're doing the same bloody class as me :p The horses are always a bit thin on the ground so I was hoping I'd have no competition haha! I'm hoping we're not left hanging around all day :(
