And I think under all that hair he's going to be really quite nice!

He's a proper project, physically and mentally - literally 0 expectations for him. He broke his pelvis in training a year ago (won a few flat races), was cross tied for 5 months and has been on the walker for the last 4. Trainer didn't want to euth as apparently the yard were all very fond of him.

I saw him on FB yesterday, he's arriving tomorrow...

Poor boy what a hard few months he has had, so glad he has now got his one to one owner. I think he looks very nice already and could well be a real stunner now he is in a nice home with TLC and time. Good luck with him

Stress fracture when up the gallops.

Racehorses can just get stress fractures, I have a tiny share in one and she’s off at the moment with one. Only diagnosed after persistent mild lameness, nothing major happened.
