So as you may know, I had a nasty fall when exercising a livery's horse and broke my arm and a couple of ribs to boot. I've got just under 3 weeks left with my cast, and its annoying me very much that I can't ride or do anything like that.
But on the plus side, my husband and I have found my eldest daughter's surprise xmas present- a lovely 14.1hh sec D, who ticks every box and a couple more. He will be arriving very late on christmas eve and stowed away in the back stable till the morning!
Also had a bit of a worry with old Rocket. He got an abcess on his near fore and prior to getting the vet I did start soul searching a little bit as I seem to be doing a lot recently as I know he's old and I have to think about his welfare rather than my own soppyness. But all is good on that front he had his poultice removed last week, and is looking fab.
So that's an update on my last month, but i've missed coming on here as much as I have done, and want to know how you all are and what you've been up to?
