So the day finally arrived and I was allowed back on Ludo after my fall 3.5months ago where I slipped a disc in my back, and ripped my hip muscles / tendons etc away from the bone.
It's been a slow recovery, and I'm still not 100%, my left hip still swollen and the nerves are not healed yet, the area still numb and get the odd twinges but most importantly I can ride again.
Ludo has been kept in work by a local pro SJ guy , he is really pleased with him.
I was a little nervous at first but it soon subsided when we got moving, as you can see by my face in this short video - delighted

I'm one happy lady. Taking Ludo home at the end of the month, between now and then the SJ guy going to teach me on him every day so I can get a feel for what he has done.
He was working on getting Ludo to be a more amateurs horse and not a pros horse. Working on his jumping style so it was not so extravagant and also trying to desensitive him , and touch wood he has not bucked for ages.
They were using the ardale breaking dummy on him too, on the lunge.
So looking forward to getting back out at the BS.
