Jester is hurt....really scared :(

Jester can barely walk...he seems to have done something to his near fore and he can barely hobble. There is heat/swelling etc and nothing in his hoof. Vet is on his way but I'm really scared it's something bad. There is a cracking/clicking noise when he tries to walk. Vet is thinking he may have been kicked..???
Please keep my boy in your thoughts

I've has one non weight bearing on a hind and I thought the worst as it appeared so suddenly. Turned out he had a nasty abscess in his foot that must have been brewing for a while without him showing any lameness!

Try not to worry, in all likelihood it's an abscess and the clicking is just from swelling around the joints etc.
