Jin stirrup conundrum

My new pair of Jin stirrups arrived today, have been very excitedly waiting for them for 2 weeks.
Got home and tore the packet open like a small child to find they aren't quite what I ordered! :-(
I ordered plain green and have got green with purple treads. Now these are pretty don't get me wrong and I am also aware that theoretically I have got a bargain as these bespoke ones are normally more expensive and I definitely paid for plain ones.
Now does anyone on here know whether you can change the treads on these?

Can't you just send them back and change for what you originally ordered?

If return them for what you ordered in the first place. Green and purple doesn't sound appealing!

Can I be nosey and ask where you ordered them from. I'm after another pair but first co I used I waited over a month! I would have thought the easiest thing would be to send them back and exchange for what you ordered?
