Joe's grown!

He's gorgeous!! Can't believe how much he's changed. Love reading your posts about him. Just sounds like pure happiness.

Gosh ybcm, he’s changed so much. You are going to have so much fun with him, he is really lovely. Those tooth bumps are big ?. He’s absolutely stunning.

Yup they are huge! But there are four all the same and the timing is good and they are cold and hard, so although my friends are terrified by them, there's nothing to worry about yet. Ludo's were similar at the same age.

Definitely the buy of the year.

I'm still shaking my head over buying him for less than £1200 two months ago pulling a trap ?

Of course when I agreed to buy him I had no idea if he would ever be more than a companion, but as soon as he came down the ramp of their cattle trailer I could see I was about to buy a horse worth more than I was paying.,

Do you know his breeding? Looks like could have some cleaveland bay in there?

I'm suspicious he's Irish. There is something that screams Irish about him to me and he was passported late by someone who didn't know his date of birth at a place very close to the Scots end of the Belfast to Cairnryan ferry route.

But he does also look very CB, and there is a CB stud not that far away, but I would have expected him to have had a passport at the right time with a date of birth in it. The people who passported him still live there but didn't respond to my letter asking about him, so they aren't interested in what happens to him.

His triangular hind feet and solid short neck suggest some heavy, but he has no feather and only small/medium ergots, but then his feet are big for 3 years old, and solid.

He's a proper little horse, very affectionate and gentle, I really couldn't be any more pleased with him.

The roman nose is very irish

There is something very ID about his head but isn't it frustrating when you can't find out anything from people who must know something?

Whatever he is, he is growing into the most lovely boy.

He is really growing into himself. To me he seems like a cleveland bay crossed with a lighter breed as he seems to have a lot of bone.

I really like him. He’s just my type and looks fab. I have a suspicious he’s Irish too. He’s not that dissimilar to Rosie in type although his head does look very CB

I must admit that based on his ad photos I wouldn't have given him a second glance. Shows what I know!

He's definitely blossoming in to a very handsome young man.

He is such a smart boy- lovely to see updated photos, he’s really beginning to grow into himself.
Just the sort I like and I’m sure you’ll have a huge amount of fun with him?
